John West has 31 years of supervisory experience in several industries, with two decades spent in the mining sector. John began his career in mining as an underground face miner, where he gained extensive surface and underground experience managing projects in a wide range of construction, development, and production scenarios. Known as a team player and problem solver, John is a natural leader who thinks outside the box to overcome obstacles to ensure success. He has experience in production and vent shaft development, underground paste plant construction, and paste reticulation systems. Safety is at the forefront of every decision he makes, and is integrated into every project he has a hand in, from start to finish.

Mike Richer has worked in the mining and industrial sectors for nearly three decades. Known as a real solutions generator with a distinct ability to see the big picture, Mike aids industry leaders in achieving all goals related to development, improvement, and expansion. He has been recognized for effective project assessment and innovative strategies that both increase productivity and improve cost-effectiveness. Mike is often called upon to advise on execution, improvement, and occupational health and safety initiatives. He has a career-long reputation for fostering better reporting while building relationships between operations, contractors, and project groups to improve standards across the board. Mike is a respected leader who instills a strong sense of urgency in his team, all while honouring top quality, safety, and customer satisfaction requirements.

KYLE BRADLEY
PARTNER, OWNER
Electrical Technician Kyle Bradley has 42 years of experience in the industrial mining sector. He began his career as an Electronic Technician in teleservices, managing a crew of twelve. In under a decade, he was General Manager for a large telecomm, with 20 staff, overseeing inventory control, budgeting, hiring, and sales. An entrepreneurial thinker, Kyle struck out on his own to establish Sonic Northern, an electrical and electronic distributor serving mining and industry. His next venture, Seal X Supply, manufactured custom industrial gaskets, lubricants, and provided field service work for mining and surface plants. In 2004, he became a partner in ABS Manufacturing, an amalgamation of Seal X Supply, Abraflex, and Bascoa Steel. Alongside his work with ABS, Kyle established KPI Industrial Controls, delivering electrical design, electronic automation, and custom panel services. He moved to Nevada in 2010 to start Nevcan, initially focused on electronic design, automation, wireless controls, and other electrical-electronic services required by the mining sector in the regions.
NELSON GENEREUX
FIELD OPERATIONS MANAGER
Nelson has extensive experience in operations, regulations and quality assurance in the mining sector. He has worked as Project Coordinator, Shaft Superintendent and Supervisor on a variety of projects in both soft and hard rock mining locations around the world. Driven by the motto “Safety First, Last & Always,” Nelson has led teams of all sizes from project start to completion, all while achieving client goals and competitive contract conditions.
